Once you book, you’ll receive confirmation and any next steps needed before your appointment. In your first session, we’ll slow things down, talk about what’s bringing you in, and focus on what would feel most supportive right now.

You won’t be pushed to share more than you’re ready for.

Booking

Sessions are available between 8am and 3pm on weekdays only subject to availability.

Sessions can be held in person, via phone, teams or zoom.

Sessions are held for 60 minutes.

Fees 

Session fee – $150

Last-minute cancellation fee – $70

Hardship – Jeanie can provide limited appointments at a discounted rate for those struggling financially. (There may be a wait list for these appointments). Contact Jeanie to find out more.

Payment

You can pay fees by EFTPOS, PayID, or Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

It is completely understandable that life may throw unexpected events your way, or your needs may change before your upcoming appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact Jeanie as soon as you can. If this is within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $70.

If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more before your appointment, you will not be charged a fee.

You will receive confirmation requests via text message before your appointment. Please ensure you utilise these to remember to reschedule if you know you can’t make your appointment.
